Three men receive awards for suggestions for improving the Reno Ferrying Division Base. One of those receiving an award was Walter C. Lockhart. He received a check for $250 for a suggestion to improve a "wing sling" used on planes which need to have a wing removed to make a repair. His suggestion made it easier and safer to remove the wing.
