Scope and Content

This is an arrest warrant from Chico in Butte County, California. It is dated 12/14/1926 for the charge of petty larceny. The complaint is against E.A. Powers and was made before Raymond C. Rankin. The warrant was executed by Bob "Hawkeye" Pinkerton. Not sure if his name is Pinkerton or he is a member of the Pinkertons. On the back are some notes about "public speaking" and a list of names.
