Auditors: Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Montgomery, San Francisco Counsel: Keatinge & Older, Los Angeles Inside report mentions the Benicia plant and it reads: Benicia, California Plant Our Yuba Manufacturing Division specializes in the manufacture of mechanical and materials handling equipment, dredges, and road building equipment, products which are used broadly in the great growth being experienced in the eleven western states. They apply especially to water control, freeway building and hydroelectric programs which are extensive at this time and project well into the future. The plant is well equipped with both machine shops and steel fabrication equipment and complements our California Steel Products Division which is located only twenty-five miles away. The front cover photograph shows dredge No. 21 working just outside the Yuba River channel, recently cut by Yuba Consolidated Gold Fields at a total cost of $1,626,685 and built in cooperation with the Army Corps of Engineers but without cost to them.....
