Miscellaneous signs from the Pie-a-la-Mode shop at the LA County Fairgrounds in Pomona, CA: – 6 hand-painted, plastic-faced, fluorescent backlit signs (Text: "OLD FASHION Chocolate CHIP COOKIES" / "Hot Fudge CAKE") – 2 skeletal neon signs (Text: "PIE A LA MODE" / "BERRY CHERRY APPLE") – 3 pie slice signs painted on metal, mounted on wood framework – 6 separate panels, painted on plastic (Text: "CHICKEN POT PIES") MONA also has an animated neon "Pie a la Mode" sign from the LA County Fair pie shop (flashes between "County Fair" and "Hot") in the collection.
