A wet plate collodion negative. A view of the west door of the Church of St. Bartholomew, Tosside. Originally known as Houghton Chapel, it changed its name in 1870. The church is bounded by a stone wall and a number of groups of people are standing in the church grounds in front of the building. Three people are also standing in the road in front of the wall
