A gelatin dry plate negative. A view of the Giggleswick Tarn Logboat discovered 25th May 1863 at the site of Giggleswick Tarn (at the present Settle golf course). After study it was discovered that the logboat was medieval (around 1335 AD) rather than prehistoric (www.northcravenheritage.org.uk)
