Ivy Lee, New York City Publicity Expert, is supplying the German Dye Trust with advice on German Rearmament, which is forwarded to the Nazi Government. This was brought out on July 11 at the public hearing before the Congressional Subcommittee in New York City investigating un-American activities. In Lee's absence, his partner, Burnham Carter, was called to the witness stand. This photo shows Burnham Carter (left) testifying.
