Context

Inez Kaiser was a public relations pioneer and the first black woman to own a public relations. The purpose of the White House meeting was to give small business owners a platform to voice their concerns for the interests of the small business community. Kaiser represented her home state of Missouri and the National Association of Minority Women in Business.
