Context

Inez Kaiser is a public relations pioneer, most well-known for being the first black woman to own a public relations firm. In this press release, Kaiser wrote a cooking book titled "Soul Food Cookery" as she was passionate about writing and cooking. The book was originally titled "Southern Food Cookery" but the name did not have the "it-factor". Kaiser eventually changed the title to "Soul Food Cookery" since it is common everyday foods that can be combined to make tasty dishes that truly satisfy the soul.
