Hale Nelson was Vice President of the public relations counseling firm, Cook, Nelson, Tuthil, Inc and was in charge of urban affairs Illinois Bell Telephone Company in 1967. In his address, Nelson discusses corporations suffering from a decline in public support and the public supporting protests with anti-corporate sentiments. Nelson explains that the key point of communicating is "what you already know: that always shaping the acceptance or rejection of what we say is who we are and what and how we do.
