The Woods Christian photograph album titled "Hurricane Beulah" is a red 12 ½"x8 ¾" book. Eighteen of the 20 pages contain photographs (a total of 63 photographs), which are dated and described. The photographs depict the flooding and damage sustained on both sides of the border in the Rio Grande Valley during Hurricane Beulah in 1967. A stamp on the first page states that the photographs were taken by Harold Frakes of McAllen, Texas. The album belonged to Woods Christian, the step-father of the donor Richard Boeye.
