Rami Kashou (1976- ) is a Palestinian artist, fashion designer, and entrepreneur born in Jerusalem. Kashou was raised in Palestine, and studied in Cyprus. He moved to the US in 1996. Kashou became well known in 2007 through his work in season four of Project Runway. In 2008, he was honored by Los Angeles City Council President Eric Garcetti for his contributions to the city's fashion industry. Kashou's designs and creative ingenuity led to his fame. Known for his dramatic red carpet gowns, Kashou has draped the silhouettes of celebrities and trendsetters such as Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan, Penelope Cruz, Dita Von Teese, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian. His designs have gained media coverage from the New York Times Magazine, Vogue, and Elle amongst many others.Collection
