Place Description

Jurdeih is not treated as a separate village in PalQuest village records; it is incorporated into the tribal unit 'Arab al-Aramisha and 'Arab al-Quleitat, together with I'ribbin and Khirbat Idmith. The 1945 agricultural statistics for this combined tribal unit record approximately 5,809 dunums of cereals and 5,747 dunums of irrigated and plantation land, reflecting a landscape combining cultivation with the extensive non-cultivable lands of the Upper Galilee.
