The Sinclair, a white four story building with a tower, mansard roof, porch and gazebo like structure is the main focus of the colored image. The porch runs the length of the building and wraps around the side and has quite a few rocking chairs. The gazebo like strucure is attached to the porch and has American flag decorations. Several people sit on the porch and trees sit just to the right of the building. Published by the Detroit Publishing Co.
