Made by spectrum outfitters, these boxers are multifunctional. they have a lining for a sanitary towel and a pouch for a packer to go in. The packer inside is made of foam, which means it is comfortable to wear. Packers often help with dysphoria, but I didn't enjoy wearing them. They made me feel a bit too visible.
