Envelope containing three letters and one receipt from March 1922 between Lillian Lord, Andrew Rocca, Jr., and the Bank of California regarding using a portion of the estate of Andrew Rocca, Sr., to pay a $306.63 debt owed by Lillian Lord to the Bank of California. Lord writes to Rocca, Jr., requesting that the estate pay the debt and reduce her inheritance by that amount, the Bank of California writes back to Rocca, Jr., confirming the payment and sends a formal receipt, and Rocca, Jr., writes back to Lillian telling her that the debt is settled.Name/Title
