This document is from Chas. F. Garrigues Company to Mr. Andrew Rocca of the Western Mercury Company in regards to a shipment of 50 flasks of quicksilver which the C.F.G. Company had begun transporting while the G.W.M. Company can expect their payment to the Anglo London & Paris Bank. Furthmore, this document is in regards to word that might get back to the Western Mercury Company that they have bought their product below the market value. They insure the Western Mercury Company that they could have gotten their order filled from other companies at an even lower price but were unable to contact them. They insure them that they have not attempted to "low ball" them in regards to this order and that they could have not gotten a higher price for their flasks of quicksilver.Name/Title
