This document is in response to an inquiry by the Chas. F. Garrigues Co. regarding an overdue balance on the account of the Western Mercury Co. This response appears to be pretty hostile in nature, even stating, "Be advised that in so doing that you are touching upon a very 'sore spot.' It goes on to assure them (Garrigues Co.), what correspondence they can refer back to (July 10, 1919), to get a clearer understanding of the account.Name/Title
