Scope and Content
This document is a response to the Chas. F. Garrigues Co. in regards to the still outstanding balance of $1,510.19 left unpaid to them by the Western Mercury Co. and is a refusal of said payment. The Western Mercury Co. has maintained in several documents that they are not liable for the bad business decisions of their New York office. The Western Mercury Co. is laying out clearly why they are not to blame for the loss on 62 flasks of quicksilver.Name/Title
