This document is a letter to James Raleigh Kely, attorney at law, from the Western Mercury Co. stating yet again they are not at fault for the debt made by the Chas. F. Garrigues Co. from its mishandling of flasks of quicksilver taken on consignment. Furthermore, they accuse them (C.F.G.), of being unbusinesslike, absolutely dishonest, and acting unfairly. Lastly, the Western Mercury Co. states it is certain they are right in this matter and are willing to protect their companies interests should any occasion arise to warrent it.Name/Title
