This is a letter to the Western Mercuy Co. from the Chas. F. Garrigues Co. They are informing the Western Mine Co. that prices of quicksilver not favorable at that time, and that they are dragging around $80-82 dollars. The go on further to say they have had a lot of inquires but customers aren't prepared to pay current prices. He lets them know they have a customer looking for "spot material" and if they have any nearby or on-hand to let them know.
