Published in the Napa Valley Register 9/1/05 Phyllis Theresa Anderson, American Canyon Died 8/28/05, age 68, after an 11 yr battle with cancer Born 12/9/1936 in Alice ND to Julius & Ella Christl Graduated from Enderlin HS in 1955 Married Gene Anderson and moved to Fargo ND where children were born Moved to CA and began nursing career at Broadway Hospital Member of the 1st Solano College RN class in 1970 Earned BS from Sonoma State University Earned Family Planning Nurse Practitioner certificate from San Jose State University Became a Solano County Public Health Nurse till illness forced her retirement Survived by husband of 47 yrs, Gene, daughter Kathleen, son James (Beverly), grandchildren Ashley, James & Steven, sister Lillian Kroll, brothers James (Sandy) and John Christl, and favorite aunt Gertrude Services held at Twin Chapels Mortuary in Vallejo
