Black and white matted photograph of a road with a rock formation on the right, surrounded by trees. Note on back reads "SITE OF MAN WITH PIPE" (on the Montecello Grade). 6/18/1951. 'Around the Bend' poor lighting to show the rock formation of the man with a pipe in his mouth. This was a familiar landmark on the Monticello grade - Margarate Clark Hoover." There is also a stamp on the back from the SIlverado Camera Club indicating that this photo won 3rd place in a June competition and was taken with a Ciro-flex camera
