Several documents together including a Coyote Affidavit of Fred Herman indicating Henry Herman killed a coyote in Napa County and not Lake County. A Coyote Affidavit Certificate of Justice of the Peace indicating that Lake County received one coyote scalp from Henry Herman. A Coyote Affidavit to Be Made Before the Justice of Peace stating that Henry Herman did not kill any coyotes outside of Napa County. The last document is a Demand of Henry Herman on the Treasury of the County of Napa for one coyote scalp.
