Abstract of Title of E.A. Barnard to 25 acres of Entre Napa rancho 1836-1916. Note from Jess Doud, February 12, 1980: "This abstract of title of E. A. Barnard to 25 Acres of the Entre Napa Rancho - see No. 22 of this Abstract for description. May 9, 1836: Mexican Gover't to Nicolas Higari [Higuera]. No. 5 - Sept. 19, 1856 to Nathan Coombs. No. 6 - Nathan Coombs' decree of divorce. No. 7 - A copy of Nathan Coombs' will, Jan. 7, 1879. Also many other early Napa City names including Jas. H. Goodman & Co. Bank." Property's legal description, in summary, points to between Napa Creek and Brown's Valley Road, to the Westerly line of the lands of Wm. H. Chapman, and northerly again to Napa Creek.
