Luther Turton drawings for what appears to be a water tower. On one page, "county infirmary" is written in pencil script. There was a county infirmary on Old Sonoma Road in Napa, so this drawing may depict a building on that property. One drawing depticts a section and north elevaton of the tower. the other drawing depicts three views, the west side, another section, and the south side.
