Assorted unidentified Turton Drawings. These were found in a folder of Turton drawings and are not identified by location, client, or building name. There are 9 drawings, as follows:
1. Unidentified foundation plan
2. Unidentified cross section of two story building, probably an office building. Drawing shows staircase and doors within a hallway.
3. Three drawings on single sheet showing store fronts with glass windows, a section of a store front, and detail of architectural feature. Drawing has a stamp reading "L. M. Turton, Architect, 144 Main St. Napa City."
4. Drawings of what appears to be a farm building. Single sheet dhows first and second floor plans, cross section, and front and north (side) elevation. First floor plan shows areas for hay, grain and mangers. Second floor plan shows a hayloft.
5. Single sheet with two drawings of Spanish style building or buildings. Building appears to be some soor of business building and has a partial second story.
6. Drawings on both sides of single heavy stock show one completed and one partial drawing of a two story building with stores on the first level. Second side shows a floor plan. Building is ornate, with towers and turrets. Floor plan shows many small numbered cubicles and a bathroom or bathrooms.
7. Drawing on heavy stock of exterior of unidentified church.
8. Drawing on heavy stock shows front elevation, section and floor plan of a building which may have been a small hospital, clinic, or doctor's office. The building looks like a house, but indoor plan shows a dormitory, operating room, fumigating room, "cells" and a overed passage to another building.
9. Yellowing drawing on heavy stock showing storefronts and interior detail of glass store windows. Notes on drawing read "(30 Iron Sash Columns (2) Iron Pilasters (1) Iron Lintel. All shown and detailed", and "this lintel supports a wall 13" thick and 2' high". Reverse side has freehand partial floor plans in pencil.Collection
