Scope and Content

C.L. Hunt drawings for a duplex for Mr. and Mrs. J. Cinnamond in Napa. Set of 5 sheets, including 4 architectural drawings. One sheet is a rejection of the plans from the Federal Housing Administration. One sheet shows the lot and roof plan, and indicates that the structure is on Rose Lane, but the next sheet, which has the foundation plan, west elevation, sections and another lot and roof plan indicate the building to be on Franklin and Elm streets Another seet shows the floor plan and front elevation. The single story building has two apartments separated by two garages in the center. The final sheet contains handwritten specifications detailing the materials to be used.
