Two sheets for the design of a residence for Mr. and Mrs. E.E. Retzer in Napa. One sheet contains drawing of foundation plan and numerous interior details such as the fireplace and kitchen cabinets. Second sheet contains detailed instructions, in script, for the materials to be used in contructing the house and landscaping the grounds. The 1928 Napa directory has the Retzers living on Oak Street.Collection
