Black and white photograph of a man walking near a 48-inch pipeline along the hillside at the Conn Dam site early on during construction. The man is unidentified. Conn Dam created Lake Hennessey, east of St. Helena. The pipes for the project were manufactured by the Basalt Rock Company.
