Black and white photograph of workers and their families having a picnic meal at the Mt. George Farm Center. Workers are on break from building the new community center. Construction took 7 months and 5 days and was mostly done by volunteer labor. The community center was built to be a central meeting place for the community. This was the first community hall erected by a California farm bureau.
