Black and white photo on board of house. Matte has title "Old and Weathered" and is signed "Al Hoover". Note on back reads: "House on 1st St opposite City Hall. Old and Weathered. Located on 1st St across from side of City Hall. The fire department later burned down this building as a practice excercise. There is also a stamp on the back from the Silverado Camera Club.
