Description

A black and white photograph of a family standing on the porch of a home. Photograph mounted on carboard. Back says, "Owen Pearson, Mrs. Pearson, Ruth Pearson, and other two Pearson sisters. House believed to be down by old tannery." However, further research in the census records indicate it is likely the people in the photo are L to R: Ruth Pearson, Owen Pearson, Mrs. Ada Pearson (married to Bob Pearson), an unidentified infant, and Maxine Pearson. This photo was likely taken in the 1920s, as Owen Pearson was 16 on the 1930 census - the first time the family appears in in the Napa census. This house may be at 587 Seymour St. Location: PF 119AA #2952
