Jensen is at extreme left, hat in hand facing other way. Ex-President Taft (defeated in 1918 election by Woodrow Wilson) shown using Magnavox microphone connected to public address system. US. Treasury Department requested this rally which took place in May of 1919 at Grant Park in Chicago. It's purpose was to sell "Victory Loan" bonds to help pay for W.W.I." PF Location: digital only
