Photograph of a tractor that was used to dig for a reservoir. While digging, bones and other Wappo materials were uncovered. The bones were found near Big Ranch Road in 1971 and 1972. This photograph is documentation of what later became a case of grave robbery. The Napa County Coroner's Office investigated the case in 1992 to decide whether to seek a criminal indictment or ask for a voluntary return of artifacts and skeletal remains.
