Scope and Content
Two large black loose-leaf binders. Both binders have the title "Voter Registration System Documentation" on the front. One containsTax Rate Area Map Change Notices and maps dated betwen 1983 and 1992. The other has a torn partial label reading "Annexat-- & Street_" and containing address change letters, maps and forms dated 1990-1995.
