Half-size interpretation of First Lady Lou Hoover's gown worn c. 1928, pale aqua-blue satin in fabric tiers, draped in front with silver appliques at shoulder corners. There are sewn weights at the top to assist with fabric laying correctly. Matching pale aqua-blue fabric waistband (B).
