The front of the postcard is in a blue and red gradient (with blue at the top to red at the bottom); the main portion of the front is a a woman roller skating in an outfit that would now be considered to be a racially insensitive costume (treating indigenous clothing and culture like a costume) on top of a shape with an arched top and a flat bottom; to the left of the girl is "MJS" in red; at the very top is "RSROA" and "1953" in blue with "Cleveland" also in blue, but in an arched shape; "American Championships" is in red at the bottom. The back of the postcard only has "Post Card" at the top, in the center, in black print.
