The front of the postcard is a black and white photograph of a male roller skater; the man is wearing a jacket with detailing and tall, bright skating boots. There is a signature in black ink on the postcard: "Sincerely Yours / Clement Hollands / 1916". In the bottom right-hand corner is "Duluth / Photoengraving / Company" indented into the card. Autographed by Hollands for Fred Martin.
Everything on the back is in faded black print: "Post Card" at the top in large print; two sections: "Correspondence Here" and "Name and Address Here"; postage stamp area in the upper right-hand corner with a border made out of the letters "A Z O" and triangles in the corners.
