The front of the postcard has a color illustration of a couple roller skating couple; both of the skaters have pale skin. The woman has blonde hair and is wearing a pink and white sweater, a long tan skirt, and tall, white roller skating boots. The man has reddish brown hair and is wearing a tan suit jacket and pants, a white collared shirt, a green tie, a white handkerchief in his suit jacket pocket, and brown roller skating shoes. In the upper left-hand corner is "For / Health's Sake / Roller Skate" in yellow print. Below the woman's feet is "The Blues No. 6 (Choctaw)" in black print. In the lower left-hand corner is "97P-52", and in the lower right-hand corner is "©1948—Chicago Roller Skate Co.", both in black print.
