The front of the postcard is a black and white photograph of the exterior of the rink; a "Hillcrest" sign is visible and is attached to the roof; at the bottom of the postcard is "Hillcrest Roller Skating Rink, Sidney, N.Y." in black print. Everything on the back of the postcard is in faded black print: at the top: "Post Card" in large print; two sections: "Correspondence" and "Address"; postage stamp area in the upper right-hand corner with "EKC" at the top of the area.
