Green colored postcard. The front of the postcard includes a drawing of a man falling onto a spike next to a fence; the man is wearing tall socks and shoes; roller skaters are attached to his feet via straps; there are lines around the man to show the motion of him falling. In the bottom right-hand corner of the illustration is "Earl", the artist's signature, in black print. Above the illustration is "Roller Skating Craze" and below it is "I'll Be Up As Soon As Possible.", both in black print.
Everything on the back of the postcard is printed in black: "Post Card" in large, fancy font at the top; two sections: "This Space May Be Used for Correspondence." and "For Address Only." (lines for writing in the "Address" section); upper right-hand corner: postage stamp with "Place Stamp Here / One Cent Stamp For United States Canada & Mexico / Two Cent Stamp for All Other Countries" within it.
