Front of postcard is a green background with the center including an illustration of a man holding a woman while they are sitting on the ground of a roller rink; both have roller skates on; woman is wearing a green blouse and skirt with her white petticoats peaking through; green arches with a white edge frame the couple as well as the large hanging light; both figures have pale skin; in the bottom corner of the illustration is "Painting Only Copyrighted By Birn Bros. New York 1910" in red print; to the side of that copyright is an illustrations of a roller skate hanging off of a nail; at the bottom of the front in black print: " "I have had a lot of un=expected work positively thrown on me lately." ".
On the back of the postcard, everything is printed in brown; line bisects the card; "Post Card" at the top of the card, above the line, with a fancy logo/illustration in the middle of the words; "For Address Only." on one side of the back next to the postage stamp area; on the other side of the back is the information about the makers of this postcard, written vertically, "B.B. London, Series No. E 356 Printed in Germany.".Collection
