The front of the postcard is a black and white photograph; the photo is an exterior shot of the rink with a large sign that says "Skating" with shamrocks on either side of it; in the upper left-hand corner is "Shamrock Roller Rink / San Gabriel, Calif." in white print.
Everything on the back is in faded black print: upper left-hand side: "Photo Post Card" in large print; right-hand side: "Address"; upper right-hand corner: postage stamp area with "Kodak" at the top and "Paper" at the bottom of it.
