The front of the postcard is an illustration of the exterior of the country club; at the top "Sholes Hillsgrove Country Club" is printed in black; at the bottom is an orange stripe with 3 short white stripes on either side of text that says "World's Finest Roller Rink / Boston Post Road - Hillsgrove, R.I." in black print. Circa 1950.
The back of the postcard is very discolored. Everything on the back is in blue print: own the middle, vertically: "MWM Color-Litho "Bursheen" Finished, Made Only By MWM - Aurora, Mo." with the MWM logo underneath the vertical text and "A-1810" above the vertical text; right-hand side: "Post Card" in large print with a postage stamp area in the upper right-hand corner; left-hand side: "Sholes Hillsgrove Country Club / World's Finest Roller Skating Rink, Is located six miles from the heart of Providence, Rhode Island. / Near State Airport.". Black stamp with information at the top of the right-hand side: "Harry Olson / 1276 Sea Street / Quincy 69, Mass."; black stamp with information in the middle of the right-hand side: "Barb Spaulding / 41 Jefferson St. / Barre, VT.".Collection
