Packard Electric time card from the 1960s, at the beginning of plastic punch card usage. Card is white plastic with the Packard Electric three arrow logo in red, with Packard Electric text in black. The second square at the top center is red, followed by the "GM" General Motors logo in red inscribed in a black box. All three boxes are the same size. There are ten small slits, most likely containing coded information for employee identification. Beneath the "GM" square is the word "Polar" in red, and an arrow pointing to a cut out square. At the bottom left is written "Access to Facility" in black with an arrow pointing to the left edge. In the center is raised print reading "210 28 9087 2 7171" and beneath that is "Ronald Collins"
On the back is written "Finder: Please drop in mailbox/ postage guaranteed, Packard Electric Div. P.O. Box 431 Warren, OH 44486" in black. Some of the text is in interrupted by the cut outs. A black strip is beneath the writting.Collection
