Duplicate Contract for space at First Annual Automobile Show Dated October, 31st, 1900. Grants to use the space 16' x 16' in restaurant, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, November 1st, 1900 - November 11, 1900. For use of set-up and take down of exhibit, exhibition of automobiles, and package and removal of goods. Space for the Ohio Automobile Company Price paid for use of space, $256, to be paid on November 1, 1900. Witnessed and signed by James G. Young, Secretary, Madison Square Garden Company. Middle two pages detail Rules and Regulations governing the First Annual Automobile Show. Signed by James (L?) Young, Secretary Last page is signed by Frank (N. Sanger?).
