Copy of patent for 5 improvements. 2-391, Department of the Interior, United States Patent Office. Details the transfer of the patents from J.W. Packard to the Ohio Automobile Company. Annexed copy of the patents of J.W. Packard, October 22, 1901. Signed and dated by the Commissioner of Patents, (F. J. Allen?), February 7th, 1903. The patent contains a gray graphic seal and two grommets with a blue ribbon strung through, right to left. The blue ribbon crosses over the left side of the document, sealed with a red sticker seal of the Patent Office of the United States. The bottom of the page reads 0-2
