To Ross Perry
6th Grade Moonta School
Dear Ross,
On looking at the April number of the Children’s Hour today I was delighted to notice your photo, and also that you had knitted 23 pairs of socks for the soldiers.
I desire to congratulate you on your very fine and noble effort, which has no doubt relived the weary feet of some of our brave men who are fighting for the liberty and freedom of our Empire.
I am proud that the Moonta School has a boy of your thoughtfulness and character, and wish you all success in your school life.
Yours sincerely,
WH Harvey
