Context

Donors of the land, Horace Greeley's daughter, Gabrielle Greeley Clendenin, and her husband, the Reverend Dr. Frank Montrose Clendenin participated in the festivities of the Dedication. There had been quite a bit of controversy over the moving of the station from its earlier position north of King Street.
